Host one or more reserved table(s) of 10                        $500 per table
Individual Tickets                                                                 $65   Adults
(All individual tickets are sold as open seating)              $35   18 and Under

All reservations must be purchased prior to September 2, 2008.

No tickets will be issued, names will be placed on the attendance list.
